The flavor is phenomenal! And the texture is great too. It’s dry (in a good way) but not super tough! Very tender. we ate it in seconds. not over pickley either. so good.

I’ve found my new favorite jerky. This cowboy peppered is amazing. Much closer to old school beef jerky than the new stuff out there, while keeping that classic pepper flavor. Love it.
