At SB Craft Jerky, we take great pride in providing high-quality beef jerky. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

All Sales are final.

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returned products, issue refunds, or process exchanges. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sbcraftjerky@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist in resolving any issues.
