The flavor is phenomenal! And the texture is great too. It’s dry (in a good way) but not super tough! Very tender. we ate it in seconds. not over pickley either. so good.

I’ve found my new favorite jerky. This cowboy peppered is amazing. Much closer to old school beef jerky than the new stuff out there, while keeping that classic pepper flavor. Love it.

Ordered 4 8.0 ounce packs thinking it’ll last a month. I ate 1 whole pack on the first day I got it. My dad ate 1 whole pack when he tried some. 2 weeks later, we are buying more. It’s addicting and tasty. The best part is that it is low on sodium!
