Jerky for people with teeth. This is how jerky should be. Not the tender jerky beef marshmallow crap everyone else seems to be making these days.
This is the best old fashioned jerkey I’ve discovered in years. It’s the dryer, chewier and tasty texture I remember as a kid. Most or all of the jerkeys you can buy now are moist and crumbly and actually go bad if left unsealed and not refrigerated. If you like the texture and flavors of 100 years past you will definately love this brand.
