I've had this before. I've bought it from my local grocery store. It's usually soft and tender. I wrote them and gave pictures and video of how hard and dry the jerky was in comparison to their normal jerky. After 2 weeks they basically said "thats jerky" like bro, I'm aware of the significant difference between leather and jerky. Also the difference between the tender ones you USED to have. Never buying from them again. Customer service is a freaking joke and the kerky was DRY DRY, like need water DRY.
