The jerky in 1 of the 2 packages was a little too hard for beef jerkey. Not sure if was an okder bag or what.
Husband loves this jerky so I tried it & im hooked. SB Jerky has better flavor and is clean compared to most jerky brands I have tried. Hands down the best.
